Catherine has been instructing exercise and wellness for over 20 years. She has her Master’s in Exercise Science and has been teaching Pilates since 2005. Her outstanding exercise physiology knowledge and passion for Pilates provide the perfect recipe to inspire mind-body awareness at our studio.
Catherine’s favorite exercise is “Swan” on the reformer, which involves movement and coordination of the entire body. She reminds her clients to “be patient with themselves .”
